Dr.Madhumohan have 17 years of experience in cancer biology, Stem cells, drug discovery and Immunogenomics in academics and industries. His interdisciplinary translational research collaborations with bio engineers and clinicians helped in developing new treatment approaches, innovative technologies, therapies and drug discovery platforms. Dr. Madhumohan published his research work in more than 30 international publications.

Mr. Balasubramanian is a highly experienced Scientist with over 10 years of experience. He has worked in various capacities in Biotechnology, CROs, and pharmaceutical research and development including as Medical Scientific Liaison and Medical Services Manager.

As a medication development expert, he has developed and monitored research projects in various roles, including study director, principal investigator, and individual scientist. He has conducted several bioanalytical studies to support PK/TK, ADME, genetic toxicology, and safety assessment for investigational new drugs (INDs) using molecular biology techniques. He has a proven track record of developing and monitoring CRO projects, developing analytical methods for test item detection, validating methods for large & small biomolecules, and biological materials in accordance with GLP and FDA regulations.

Balasubramanian also has extensive experience in providing scientific support to marketing teams, imparting training to product managers, and designing marketing strategies for new and innovative products. His work has led to the development of several successful brands across India.

Dr. Ushasree Ravula serves as the Medical Director of Ignomix and is responsible for clinical trials and lab operations.

She has 8 years of experience in the field of Immunohaematology and Blood Transfusion, Peripheral blood stem cell harvests (PBSC) and various Therapeutic Procedures.
Most recently, she served as Assistant Professor, Department of Transfusion Medicine and Hematology, ESIC Medical College. Prior to that, as a Consultant and Head, Department of Transfusion Medicine, Gleneagles Global Hospitals, Lkp, Hyderabad.

Dr. Ushasree published several research works in National and International indexed journals.
She holds a Masters Degree in Transfusion Medicine from prestigious Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER, Chandigarh) and Medical bachelor’s Degree from Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences.
She is also a working party member of the Clinical Transfusion subgroup of the International Society of Blood Transfusion (ISBT).
